These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Canga website and to purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Throughout these terms, “Canga”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Canga.

  1. Online Store: By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required. You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
  2. Products: We do our best to present our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings. As our products involve textiles and printed materials, slight variations in colour, texture, print placement or finish may occur between pieces. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and to limit quantities available for purchase. 
  3. Pricing: All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time without notice. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed. 
  4. Orders: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, stock errors or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

  7. Returns & Consumer Guarantees: Our return conditions are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refunds Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website — including our branding, illustrations, prints, artwork, photographs, graphics, text, product designs and other creative material — belongs to Canga or is used by us with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.
